Obituary of David Michael Ditomaso
David Michael Ditomaso, age 72, passed away from cancer complications on Friday, November 8, 2019 in the arms of his family and friends at his home in Gresham, OR. David was born in Portland, OR and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Grade School in Tillamook, OR and then Portland’s Madison High School. He was drafted into the US Army and served in Vietnam, where he was honorably discharged in 1969 with the rank of Sergeant.
David worked as a foreman and warehouseman in the Portland steel industry for over forty years. His hobbies included fishing, traveling, cooking and reading. His passions were his family, friends and good wine.
He is survived by his wife Pattie, sisters Linda Roller and Donna Grundy, brother Michael Ditomaso and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 1:00pm at the Gresham Elks Lodge #1805, 3330 NE Division St., Gresham, OR 97030
