July 31, 1952 ~ January 23, 2010 Randy Putman, 57, passed away on January 23, 2010. Randy was born in La Grande, Oregon on July 23, 1952. Randy worked as a Construction Superintendent. Randy is survived by his wife, Beth Putman; mother, Karma Rose Edington; and sisters, Kay Akers and Tanya Putman. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, January 31, 2010, at the Museum of The Oregon Territory at 211 Tumwater Drive in Oregon City.
