Ralph is survived by his sister, Mary Frey; and extended family. Funeral Service will be at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Crown Memorial Center, 17064 SE McLoughlin Blvd., Milwaukie, with interment at Willamette National Cemetery.
