Obituary of Donald E. Martz
Donald E. Martz passed away on March 18, 2012 at his Tualatin home. Donald, better known as ‘Pop’, was born on January 19, 1924 in Shelbyville, Illinois. He was raised in Illinois and joined the United States Army, serving our Country for 27 years. His military career took him to Czechoslovakia, France and Germany during both WWII and the Korean War.
Donald is survived by his son David Martz (wife, Jodie) of Scappoose, OR; grandchildren Brad Martz of Chandler, AZ, Deidre Newton of Portland, OR and Russell Rhodes of Tacoma, WA.
