Obituary of Thomas Matthew Picard
Thomas Matthew Picard passed away unexpectedly in a remote section of Mt. Adams wilderness area. Born July 15th, 1949 in Portland, Oregon, he was raised there and in Troutdale, OR. On August 10th, 1968 he and Judy (Wilson) Picard were joined in marriage in the city of his birth. He went on to have a forty year career at Owens-Illinois as a Quality Manager. He enjoyed skiing, pinball, music and Go Vikings!
Thomas is survived by his wife, Judy M. Picard, by his son, Matt (Julie) Picard, by his mother Helen Malsom and by his sister Dottie Bennett. He will missed by all those who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life for Thomas will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, March 24th at Club Paesano, located at 3800 West Powell Loop, Gresham, OR 97030 (503) 666-7636.
