Obituary of Patricia Lea South Hunt
Patricia “Pat” Lea Hunt passed away at her Tualatin home on February 27, 2012. Pat was born to Anne and John South on July 26, 1951 in Portland. She has been a lifelong Portland area resident and attended Andrew Jackson High School. On October 20, 1972, she married Robert Howard Hunt. Pat worked as a hairdresser and was a member of Oregon Equestrian Trails and Valley View Riders, and enjoyed going camping.
Pat is survived by her husband of nearly 40 years, Robert Hunt; sons Robert John Hunt of Oregon City and Michael Thomas Hunt of Tualatin; sisters Jere Barrett of Portland, Mary Holm of Washington and Joni South of West Linn; and one grandchild Lora Lee Hunt of Oregon City. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 12th at 1:30pm at the Athey Creek Christian Fellowship, 27520 SW 95th Avenue, Wilsonville. Memorial contributions may be made to Horse Rescue.
