Eileen was born in Ohio to Joseph and Mary Baxter on February 6, 1921 and passed away in Portland, Oregon on March 4, 2012. Survivors include her daughter Mary Jo, grandchildren David, Tiffany, Wendi, Ben and Kelly, and great-grandchildren Allie, Hailey and Joaquin. She is preceded in death by her husband Ronald Sr and her son Ronald Jr.
