Obituary of Thomas Demming Wilce

Tom aka Buffalo. aka Bid Dawg, was a good man, a strong man, a proud man, with a heart the size of Texas. He was a free spirit and lived his life the way he wanted to, he had many adventures in his life. He had the pleasure to met and make many many friends along the way. They were many people who touched Tom’s life and many people who had their lives touched and enriched by being his friend. Over the last few years Tom’s prize possession was his Harley Davidson, he had dreamed of owning one all his life. He put a lot of miles on that Harley, many of them I had the pleasure of being on the back of the bike with him. His riding days brought a new type of friends into his life that meant so much to him, and I know how much he enjoyed every ride with every one of you. Tom was part of the local APA pool league, he had made many good friends in the league, after moving to Milwaukee he choose to stay involved in the league in North Portland, he wanted to keep shooting pool with his friends, and he volunteered at the local food bank in North Portland to help one of those dear friends. Unfortunately over the last 8 years Tom has had numerous health issues he has had to battle, and the last one he was just not strong enough to win. Tom was surrounded by his family and friends when he passed. He was loved and will be greatly missed. Fair skies to you Tom, ride free, happy, and at peace.
