Larry was born in Portland, Oregon to Herbert and Violet Sims on November 24, 1948. He passed away in Vancouver, Washington on February 20, 2012. He leaves behind his wife, Jean, children Jennifer and Michael, grandson Zachary and his brother Steve. There will be a memorial service at Crown Memorial Center in Milwaukie, Oregon on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 1:00pm.
