Obituary of John David Case
J. David Case was born in Salt Lake City, UT to Raymond & Lillian Case. He is survived by his wife Mary Louise, four children and two grandchildren. He graduated from Central Catholic High School and the University of Portland. He received his MBA from University of Oregon. Dave was the co-founder and director of Mt. Hood Ski School, an officer in the Pacific NW Ski Association and a member of Professional Ski Instructors of America. He taught business courses at Clackamas High School for 30 years. A mass to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, March 3rd at 11:00am at Resurrection Catholic Parish in Tualatin.
