Obituary of Gene Michael Harper
Gene Harper was a kind and loving man! He was a tower of strength to a great many people. Gene and his wife had made a "date" for lunch on Sunday, February 5th; no one could know that it would be their last date. On February 6th, 2012 he went to be with the Lord after suffering a massive heart attack while driving home. He and Barb were married for 27 great wonderful years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Harper; his twin sister, Laura Marie Schauer (Paul); baby sister, Theresa Harper-Scarpine; nephews, Curt LaMountain (Melissa), Scott LaMountain, Daniel LaMountain; niece, Molly Scarpine; Barb's mom, Carole Sheppard, Barb's daughters, Susan and Sharon Junkitt, and the grandkids Abby, Natalie, Ethan, Nathan, Jonathan & Monique, along with many others that will miss Gene dearly.
Per his request, no services are planned at this time, so light a candle for him and remember everything that he brought to your life.
