Jeffrey Scott Neal "Boedean" died at his home in McMinnville. Jeff was born on August 28, 1965 to Chester H. and Maureen Neal in Torrance, CA. Jeff moved to Oregon in 2003 from Ada, Oklahoma. He is survived by his brother Stan Neal (Connie); nephews Jason and Joshua Storrs and Duke and Joey Neal; nieces Jaime Storrs and Amanda and Annie Neal.
