Obituary of William Washington Woodard
William Washington “Billy” Woodard passed away October 16th, 2011 in Portland, Oregon. He was born October 27th, 1947 in Washington D.C. He was raised primarily in Warrington, Virginia, and moved to Oregon in 1969. He made his living as a commercial painter.
Billy is survived by his brother Kenneth (Laurie) Woodard of Henderson, NC, by his aunt Evelyn Hawkins of King George, VA and by his nephews Daniel Woodard of Morrisville, North Carolina and Kenneth Woodard, Jr. of Rockville, Maryland.
Billy’s remains will be interred in North Carolina at a future date.
