Obituary of Diane Christine Shipley
Diane was born in Salem, OR and was primarily raised in the Salem/Keizer area, Falls City, and Portland. She went to Rigler Elementary, Abernathy Alternative School and graduated from Franklin High School in 2002. She married Jared Shipley in August of 2003; he passed away in September of that same year.
Diane had a career in business management but in her off time she enjoyed camping, fishing, and painting.
Diane is survived by her daughter; Lana LaFlamme, boyfriend, Mark LaFlamme, her brothers and sisters; John-Charles Davis, Heather Pashley, Wendy Hinojosa, Carl Shipley III, Meghan and Scott Kelly, Christy and Aaron Tangvold, Jonathan Shipley, and both sets of parents; Randy & Cathy Davis and Debbie & Carl Shipley, Jr. .
There will be a Memorial Mass at St. Charles Catholic Church on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with a potluck afterwards at St. Charles 5310 NE 42nd Ave., Portland.
Please light a candle for a life that was much too short.
