Obituary of Mala Kristeen Galloway
Mala Kristeen Galloway passed away Friday, September 30, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. in Emanuel Hospital at the age of 40. She was born in Kolkata, India on September 15, 1971. Mala was adopted by Kristeen Galloway at the age of 8. She has lived in a group home for the last 15 + years.
Mala is survived by her mother, Kristeen, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. Also by her caregivers, Bill Montgomery and Ashley Allen, and many friends. Arrangements by Crown Memorial Center in Portland.
A memorial service is planned for Thursday, October 6th, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Springwater Church of the Nazarene at 3445 SE Hillyard Road, Gresham, OR. In lieu of flowers, please send any donations to the Springwater Nazarene's building fund or Hispanic ministry.
