Joanne was born in Wilmington, Delaware on November 12, 1958 and she passed away in Portland, Oregon on September 1, 2011. Survivors include her husband Daniel, son Alexander, parents Ernest and Iris Phillips, parents in law Del and Bonnie Woody, and the extended Carr and Pappas families. A memorial service will be held Wednesday September 7, 2011 at 2:00pm, at Crown Memorial Center, Milwaukie, Oregon.
