Obituary of Norma Jane Collins
In loving memory of Norma J. Collins who passed away on August 15th, 2011 from leukemia. She was born in San Diego, California on January 20, 1943. Norma is survived by her son Duane Collins; daughter Tammy Collins; grandchildren Tia and Tyler and sisters Cora and Barbara. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard R. Collins. Norma leaves behind many loving memories and a lot of mementos that she had collected over the years. The family would like to thank all the hospital staff at Providence Hospital in Milwaukie particularly Norma's nurse Debbie, social worker Sarah, doctor Janet Ruzich, and nurse practitioner Jamie. Now Norma is home free.
