Obituary of Larry Camarena
Larry Camarena, Jr. died July 8th, 2011 in Wilsonville, Oregon. He was born March 6th, 1956 in Porterville, California. Larry served his country in the military from 1973 to 1986, rising to the rank of Sergeant in the Air Force. After his honorable discharge he went on to make his living as a helicopter mechanic, working for the past ten years at Columbia Helicopter. He was a collector of music and oriental art, and also enjoyed oil painting. His greatest love and affection were for his children and grandchildren.
Larry is survived by his children: Corina Camarena of Porterville, CA, Sky Nieto and Priscilla Nieto of Arizona, and Andrew Nieto of San Diego, CA. He is further survived by 15 grandchildren, and four sisters and three brothers, with all of his siblings residing in Fresno, CA.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
