Obituary of Vista Ann Morat
Vista Ann Morat died in a nursing home, after a long and courageous battle with heart and lung disease. Vista Ann was born on February 25, 1940 in Lexington, Nebraska to Loree and Irving Timmerman. Her family moved to California when Vista Ann was a young child, she graduated from High School in Concord, California. She met and married Charles Morat in December of 1961. Vista Ann was very talented in the arts; she could paint, a seamstress, and could make anything out of yarn and material. Vista Ann is survived by her husband; Charles of 49 years, daughter; Lorrie, son; Michael, sisters; Lee and Judy, brother; Vern, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Vista Ann will be terribly missed, but we know that she has gone to a greater place and is at peace, and probably, making something. A big thank you to Benedictine Nursing Home of Mt. Angel for all their care to Vista Ann and a special thanks to Sheryl her wonderful friend. A Celebration of Life is pending. Arrangements by Crown Memorial Center - Salem.
