Obituary of Timothy John Pierce
Timothy (Tim) John Pierce passed away April 25th, 2011 in Tualatin, Oregon. Born March 23rd, 1956 in Newport, Oregon, he was raised primarily in Portland, graduating from Centennial High School in 1975. A self-employed upholsterer, Tim enjoyed fishing, boating, snow-mobiling, camping, going to the beach, Elvis Presley, and attending and watching stock car race events (he was a big Dale Earnhardt fan). He attended Rolling Hills Church in Tualatin, Oregon. He will be missed by his family and friends. Tim is survived by his daughter, Samantha Pierce of Sweet Home, OR and by his brothers Dale Campbell of Vancouver, WA and John Malcolm Pierce, Jr. of Portland, OR. He is also survived by his sisters Debbie Jenkins of Seattle, WA and Lorie Pierce of Portland, OR. He was preceded in death by his father John Malcolm Pierce, his mother Carol Eileene Kline, sister Shelly Pierce and his best friend and wing man Mark Kosse. A Celebration of Life Party will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, April 30th, 2011 at the Shilo Inn Hotel in Salem, Oregon. Memorial contributions may be made to Liver Cancer Research Charitable Organizations. Arrangements by Crown Memorial Center – Tualatin.
