August 28, 1941 – April 9, 2011 Virginia was born to John and Martha Stepper on Aug. 28th, 1941 in Golden Valley, N.D. She passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side. Virginia was 1 of 14 children. She is survived by, sisters; Alice and Frieda, brother; John, 4 children, 22 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 1 anticipated great grandchild.
