May 28, 1958 - March 18, 2009 Jesse Rodrick Winslow, 50, passed away on March 18, 2009 in Beaverton, Oregon. Jesse also known as Jerry R. Blaylock was born in Gold Beach, Oregon on May 28, 1958 to Cecil and Nellie (Starkey) Blaylock. Jesse worked as a building inspector for a constuction company. Jesse is survived by his mother Nellie Harmon, and daughters Sheila Blaylock and Gennifer Gelpi.
