Obituary of Dorothy Walden
Native Oregonian, Dorothy “Jeannie” Walden, 74, passed away on November 3, 2010 in Portland. Jeannie was born on Sept. 5, 1936 in Independence, Oregon to William and Dorothy Dunn. Jeannie is survived by her daughter Cindy Jajuga of Mt. Shasta, Cali.; son Kurt Walden of Redding, Cali.; daughter Lisa Walden of Lake Oswego; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her son Gary Melhoff and companion Dave Peters. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 12th at 11:00am at Robert Bird Cemetery, Wilsonville. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association. Arrangements made by Crown Memorial Center – Tualatin.
