Obituary of John Kenneth Ryan
John Kenneth “Ken” Ryan passed away on October 1, 2010 at the age of 71. He was born to John and Doris Ryan July 22, 1939 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2003 he married Lillian V. Espana and moved to Silverton in 2005 after co-owning DeBellis Trucking Company for 25 years in California. Ken loved old trains, golf, tennis, race car driving, car shows and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was also a member of the Flywheels Car Club in Silverton. Ken is survived by his spouse Lillian; sons Kevin and Michael ; daughters Cynthia and Doria Ann; stepsons Richard and Daniel (Alexandra) Espana; brother Ron (Joanne)Ryan; sister Susan (Pat) Mahoney; grandsons Killiam, Antonio, and Thomas; and granddaughter Taylor. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Twila Bishop. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 AM, October 10, 2010 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1159 Oak St in Silverton, OR. Arrangements by Crown Memorial Center – Salem.
