Clarence was born in Seneca, Nebraska, on 8/29/1931 to Clarence and Sylvia Neumann. Soon there after, the family migrated to the west coast, eventually settling in the Pacific Northwest, where Clarence graduated from Bend High School. After high school, Clarence enrolled at Northwest Christian College. Entrepreneurial by nature, Clarence opened his own gas station at the age of 19, eventually embarking on a career centered around finance. Mr. Neumann proudly would become a Chartered Financial Consultant and spend the majority of his life serving others as a Financial Advisor for both personal and small business clients.
While his service in financial affairs was a big part of his life, Clarence was most proud of his family and his time spent serving the Disciples of Christ as a 50 year member of First Christian Church in downtown Portland.
Clarence is survived by:
Sisters Clara, Shirley and Judy; Children Ed, Becky, Rod, Deanna, Rob and stepson Bill Drier; Son in-law Logan Gray, daughters in-law Gwen Neumann and Judy Trapp; Grandchildren Noel, Jessica, Jason, Tina, Megan, Lindsay, Evan, Kelsey, Jacob, Curtis, Tarah, Cooper and McKinley; Great grandchildren Jasmine, Ireland, Benjamin and Landon.
Clarence is preceded in death by parents Clarence and Sylvia, sister Betty, wives LaDona, Constance and Monique, and beloved daughter Rhonda.
