Obituary of Gloria Joan Calwhite
Born Gloria Joan Bertrand on September 26, 1933 to Nelson and Winnifred (Trealor) Bertrand in Butte, Montana. She was the youngest of 5 children. When Gloria was 10 the family moved to Portland, Oregon.
She attended Milwaukie High School and graduated in 1951 with Honors.
On July 26, 1953 she married Robert G. ( Bob) Calwhite Sr. They were married for 53 years until his passing on May 4, 2006.
Gloria is survived by her daughter Paula McGahuey (Tim) and son Robert G. (Bob) Calwhite Jr. (Patty)
She was a committed Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Gloria was known for speaking her mind, her wonderful dry sense of humor, unselfishness with her time and spirit of giving.
