Obituary of James Tepo Sideroff

James Tepo Sideroff, Jr. passed away on October 29, 2019. James was born to the late James and Pilar Sideroff on November 2, 1958. James grew up in Spain and took his last plane ride to his new home in Portland, Oregon where he met the love of his life of 37 years, Rosalie Sideroff, and they built their family together. James was a hard worker that spent his life in dedication to taking care of others in emergency rooms, chemical dependency, to taking care of his grandson Romeo.He was a loving, protective, thoughtful, giving, intelligent, and strong husband, father, grandfather, and friend.All that were blessed to know him grew to love him. James will be remembered by his children: Gene, Yolanda, Michelle, and Barbara. James is survived by his grandchildren:Maria, Feather, Carlos, Vanessa, Romeo, Teahna, and Antonio and his great grandchildren: Mia, Charlie, and David. James has treasured loved ones and countless other friends and family whom loved and were loved by James. James loved laughing, family time, doing projects around the house, making family videos, debuting as a rock star, surprising his loved ones with gifts, and going for rides to enjoy a cup of coffee. He enjoyed bargaining at sales, discussions on the philosophy of life, and quality time playing video games. James touched the lives of many people with his smile, playful nature, sweet and loving gestures, and boundless generosity.He was a loyal man whom stayed with his loved ones through the thick and thin. He greeted you with a twinkle in his eyes and welcomed you home. James was a man whom always gave from his heart and never asked for anything in return, a true quality of a gentleman.
