Obituary of Walter Joe Mullins
Walter Joe Mullins was born in Bakersfield, California on March 29th, 1954. Joe was the type of man who never stayed in one place for very long. From State to State, Joe chased his dreams for a better horizon. He enjoyed camping, fishing, playing guitar, making bead necklaces, and playing online pool. Although never having much money, he always made sure that his kids were taken care of.
Walter is survived by his children: TJ, Shyila, Billy, Joseph, Scotty, and Amy Mullins; brothers: Glenn, David, and Michael; and sisters: Nancy Renecker, Patty Mullins-Baker, and Mary Jane Strait.
Joe will missed deeply and will always be in our hearts.
