Kolby Missouri Dalton was born April 17, 1958 in Iowa and passed on September 25th, 2019 in Portland, Oregon.
She is survived by her loving spouse of 34 years, Deb Dalton; daughter Sheri; 2 grand-daughters, her mother Shelmardene Perry; and many brothers and sisters.
A memorial gathering will be held at 777 NE 8th St, Gresham, Oregon on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 2pm.
