Brenda Ann Ward, 66 of Toledo Oregon died on September 12, 2019 in Newport Oregon after losing her battle to Bladder Cancer. She was born on September 30, 1952 in Canyonville, OR to RL (Robert) Hester and Gussie (Sossamon) Hester. She married Harold D. Ward on November 11, 1972 in Riddle, OR. Together they had 4 sons. She worked as a CNA at Avamere Newport Rehabilitation from 1988 where she retired in 2018. She is survived by her sons Robert H. Ward of Toledo, OR Derek W. Ward and Eric D Ward of Tangent OR, A sister Judy M. Ballard of Susanville, CA, Niece Jennifer N. (Michael) Patton of Susanville, CA, Great nieces Jasmine M. Patton, Mystic R. Patton and Reese Patton of Susanville, CA, Brother in Law William H. (Mona) Ward of Kingston, OK. She was preceded in death by her Husband Harold D. Ward, an Infant son, and Parents RL (Robert) Hester and Gussie (Sossamon) Hester, Daughter in law Patrice Ward. A celebration of life will be at a later date.
