Obituary of Francis Andrew Rademacher

Francis "Frank" Andrew Rademacher, was born March 16th, 1945 in Hawthorne, California and passed away August 11th, 2019. Frank lived in Hawthorne for four years, and then moved with his family to Chico, California. Frank loved nature and exploring the outdoors as a young child, while growing up swimming in the Sycamore pool, in John Bidwell Park, in Chico. He attended Notre Dame School and then graduated from Chico High School. Later, while attending Chico Sate College as an art major, he was drafted into the Vietnam War. Frank was quickly promoted to Sargent in the United States Army. When he was in the war zone, Frank participated in the Black Hawk helicopter missions where he saved lives and was decorated. After the war, Frank was stationed in Alaska and remained there after his service was over. He loved the outdoors where he fished, hunted, and enjoyed doing his artwork. He sold his paintings to many professionals, including doctors and lawyers. In addition , he enjoyed taking people to unexplored areas of Alaska. Frank also became very involved in the Christian Church pastored by his friend, Mr. House. He was very dedicated to witnessing God's Word. After his pastor friend died, he decided to move to Vancouver, Washington where he lived until his passing on August 11th, 2019. Frank is survived by his three sisters, Mary Ann McDonald. Alice Nance, and Theresa Rademacher; and his brother, Steven Rademacher. Frank loved the Lord and resides in Heaven.
