Obituary of Allen Ray Sisco
Allen Ray Sisco was born June 15, 1958 in Dallas Texas to Donald Ray and Leona Mae Sisco. On November 25, 1978 he married Jennifer Lynn Jessel. They had three children.
Allen was a groundskeeper at Lewis and Clark College for 11 years until he became disabled from a stroke on August 28, 2011. Prior jobs included landscaping and sheet metal.
Allen loved the outdoors. After a long day at work he came home and worked in his own yard. He loved fishing, hunting and camping trips with family and friends.
Allen is survived by his wife of 40 years, Jennifer, daughter Rebecca, son's Adam and Aaron, daughter inlaw Heather, grandchildren Orion, Jamasin, Libby, Riley, Zachary, Devin and Vanessa, Amanda whom he was dad to since she was an infant. Also survived by his father Donald, mother inlaw JoAnne, brothers Jody and Bill, sister Donna, sister inlaws Gail, Jill, Hope and Beth, and Karen, brother inlaws Robert, Joe, Jeff, David and Mike.
Allen is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and many that considered him dad, grandpa, brother, uncle and cousin.
Allen was preceded in death by his father inlaw Joseph Jessel, his mother Leona Sisco and sister inlaw Julie Reeves.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday August 10th at 2:00 in the afternoon.
It will be potluck and bring your comfy lawn chair if you can.
