Obituary of Jill Ann Hill-Howell

Jill Ann Hill-Howell, October 16, 1950-June 4, 2019, 68, went home to be with Jesus after a 7 month battle with lung cancer. Jill was born in Brewster, Washington to Virgil and Lorraine (Graham) Hill. She was raised, as an only child, in the Methow Valley, living at Twin Lakes in her most memorable years. She was a long time resident of Twisp, WA, and in her later years she lived in Hillsboro, OR. However her heart was always in the Methow Valley that she loved and spoke of often. Jill married Jim Howell, and raised four daughters. In her younger years Jill was a devoted wife, full time mother, homemaker, and a loving daughter. Jill is survived by Jim Howell, daughters: Laura Burwell, Jillene Fetscher, Kaylee Jensen, and Catie Howell. 9 grandchildren: Arron, Amanda, Colton, Kristin, Chaz, Kirk, Harold, Choley and Tylie. 2 sister's Sheila Norris, and Stella Anderson-Star. 12 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters, numerous cousins, her Uncle Jim and many other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents Virgil and Lorraine Hill and 2 grandchildren, Notasha and Dakota. Though her time here on earth has ended we know she is with her parents rejoicing, her sorrow at their passing, and her pain, has now ended. A private family, scattering of remains, in the Methow Valley, Twin Lakes area is planned.
