Obituary of Barbara Boyd
Barbara passed away in her home May 30th peacefully with loved ones (and cats) by her side.
Born in Manchester England to parents George and Ellen Marston.
Barbara was a devoted wife and mother, a loving sister, aunt and a good friend to many.
After traveling the world with her husband, they finally settled in Tigard Oregon, spending the remainder of her life there.
Barbara worked at St. Vincent Hospital for 25 plus years, until she had to retire due to health concerns, where she made life long friends.Her life long friends became her extended family.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Roy N. Boyd, son Darren Boyd, mother Ellen Marston (Earle) and father George Marston.
Survived by her daughter Nicola Boyd (son in law Eddie Manning), brother George Marston (sister in law Beryl Marston), brother Roy Marston (sister in law Hilary Marston), brother in law Robert Boyd (sister in law Marion Boyd).
Barbara also left behind a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.
Barbara was an avid animal lover, any charitable donations,please make to your favorite animal organization.
