Obituary of Tia Stickland

With a heavy heart, we wish to tell everyone Tia passed away today—surrounded by her loving family. Her favorite place to visit was the beach even from a young age, and we continued to take her there throughout the years. We were lucky enough to find a special beach that was her favorite of them all—she always called it A Hundred Stairs Beach. We’ll continue to visit the beach in her memory, and agate hunt for her as she absolutely loved agate hunting since she was a little girl—her grandmother always called her eagle eye due to her uncanny ability to find agates. She also enjoyed camping, vacationing at the beach, going to the lake and swimming, quilting, beading, scrapbooking, spending time with her family and kitties, and going to the movies with her family. Tia was strong until the very end, and now she can Rest In Peace knowing she raise three strong and independent daughters. Tia is loved so very much, and she’ll live on in our hearts and memories. We love you, Mom.
