Connie Lee Balmer, 56, was born in Tacoma, Washington on January 7, 1953 to Ronnie and Lois Blumer. Connie Passed away on January 29, 2009 in Portland, Oregon. Connie was a baker at Albertson's. Connie is survived by her husband William K Balmer, daughter, Margo Brannam, son, Ryan Snook, step-daughters, Lori Hartman and Angela Squier, and her father Ronnie Blumer. A Celebration of Life will be held on February 7, 2009 at 3 p.m. at the Vernonia Community Church in Vernonia, Oregon. Arrangements by Crown Memorial Center - Tualatin.
