Mary “Juanita” West (1924-2017)
Born in Cranbrook, British Columbia, Mary, who always preferred to be called Juanita, later moved to Baker City, Oregon, to be with her then husband, Robert Fields. She had three children, Donna, Brenda and David. Brenda and David are alive and well and live in Forest Grove, and Portland, respectively. She was preceded in death by Donna. She retired from US Bank some thirty years back, where she worked as a teller for over thirty years. She was known as a real “firecracker”, and will be deeply missed by her children and many grandchildren. Farewell Juanita! May your journey onward (and upward) be full of joy and light.
