Stephen Herbert Sheard ,59, April 15, 1950 - July 9, 2009 Stephen was born in Portland, Oregon to Harold and Ruth Sheard. He was a cashier for Fred Meyer. Stephen is survived by his wife, Rosalee; son, Jonathan; and stepchildren, Eli and Heather Wingfield. A celebration of life will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 25, 2009.
