Obituary of Mehran Motamedi

November 30, 1949 – February 26, 2010 Mehran was born in Rasht, Iran. He proudly served in the Iranian military for two years and was then sent on mission to serve as a physician’s assistant at hospitals and clinics throughout Iran. After completing his military service Mehran attended the School of Road & Structures in Tehran; after graduating he worked as a construction manager for a development firm. In 1978 Mehran immigrated to the United States to pursue a degree in civil engineering at Oregon State University. He later became the co-founder and vice president of Rose City Parking, and the owner/operator or Mehran Towncar. He is survived by his son Babak, and daughter Bita. “Wherever you go, go with all your heart” – words Mehran lived by. He will be remembered most for his loving spirit, charitable character and immeasurable sense of humor. Memorial services will be held at Kolbeh Restaurant in Lake Oswego on the afternoon of Saturday March 6th 2010. Arrangements by Crown Memorial Center – Tualatin.
