Obituary of Susan Mary O'Neal
It is with heavy hearts that we share that Susan O'Neal (71) of Lake Oswego passed away on December 28th, 2022 of complications from Covid-19.
Sue was born in Portland, Oregon on May 15th, 1951. She married James O'Neal in 1977 and together they had two sons and shared 45 years of marriage and memories.
Sue had a career as a dental hygienist where she made many lifelong friends. She enjoyed taking trips to the Oregon coast, hosting holiday dinners and solving a good mystery movie.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents, LaVerle and Lawrence Porter, and is survived by her husband, Jim, sons, Ryan and Sean, step-daughters, Michelle and Helena, brother, David, nine grandchildren, her beloved dog, Romeo, and many other friends and family who loved her.
A gathering to celebrate Sue's life will be held at the home of Jim O'Neal from Noon to 4pm on January 28th.
