Jami Dustan Nigra
September 13, 1958 - August 11, 2022
Jami was born in Myrtle Point, Oregon, to James N. and Joan M. Dustan. Jami attended Sweegle Elementary, Waldo Jr. High and McNary High School in Salem, Oregon. She graduated in June 1976.
Jami worked for 43 years as a planner/buyer for OECO, LLC/Meggitt.
Jami's hobbies include watching Raider football games, Winterhawks hockey games and NASCAR car and truck races. Jami was especially fond of entertaining her granddaughters and grandson, who lovingly referred to her as "Gam Gam".
Jami is survived by her husband, Paul E. Nigra, sons Paul S. (Jessica) and Dustan R. (Anita); sister Dottye (Joe) Otnes, all residing in Oregon; granddaughters Sophia, Maliyah, Carmen, Summer, Lily, and grandson Paul David. Nephews Joel and Craig Otnes; several cousins and many friends. Jami was preceded in death by her parents Joan M. and James N. and son David Lee; her paternal grandparents Roland and Alva Dustan and maternal grandparents Pat and Irene Dryden.
Jami's cremated remains will be kept at the family residence in Gladstone, Oregon.
