Obituary of Stephen Michael La Marche
Stephen Michael LaMarche, 79, of Happy Valley, Oregon passed on to the Lord, August 2, 2022.
He was born May 30th, 1943 in Portland, Oregon and graduated from Milwaukie High School.
He served our country in the US Air Force and US Army, retiring at the rank of Major. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Portland State University, and Master's degrees from both the University of Missouri and the University of Oklahoma.
He then went to work as a supervisor for Multnomah County's Parole and Probation.
He is survived by his brothers Jeff and Patrick, sister Georgia, sons Michael and Matthew and four grandchildren.
A service with Military Honors will be held at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon in the Fall.
