Obituary of Lloyd John Moak
Lloyd John Moak of Oklahoma City peacefully passed on July 8th, 2022.
Lloyd was born to parents John and Velma Moak on April 19th, 1931. During his 91 years, Lloyd served in the National Guard and US Army and eventually retired as a foreman for Oklahoma Natural Gas Company. Lloyd lived most of his life in Oklahoma before relocating to Portland, Oregon in 2019.
Lloyd was an active member of the Church of Christ, and was an avid fisherman who loved camping. He was an accomplished gardener who shared his abundance with neighbors. He is survived by his wife of 68 years Barbara Joy Moak, children Lloyd John Moak Jr and Lisa Annette Moak, grandchildren Trevor Emrys Moak and Ian Duncan Rhys Moak, and lastly, his two sisters, Ester Cook and Clara Jackson.
