Obituary of Guy Gilbert Armstrong

Guy Gilbert Armstrong of Bangor, Maine was born September 5th, 1957 to John and Stella Armstrong and ended his ride with us on June 25th, 2022.  Guy was a chief engineer for many years up until retirement, which was filled with endless love for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He had a passion for traveling, making everyone around him laugh, and was well known for bringing family and friends together for his famous cook outs.  He is survived by his wife Ronda Lea Armstrong, 6 children, 21 grandchildern,2 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, and sister.  Guy and Ronda connected through their love of music, especially the song “When the Stars Come Out” by Chris Stapleton.  His love for riding his Harley Davidson reflected in one of his final conversations with Ronda, stating “I love you babe, it’s been one hell of a ride.”

“To Guy Babe

When I lost you, I lost me too.”
