Joe Thunder Carter
February 24th, 1976 - April 5th, 2022
Joe was and a lifelong resident of Lents in Portland, OR. He passed away at age 46 on April 5th, 2022 due to complications from an injury and being a type one diabetic for 44 years. Recently he was also recently diagnosed with covid. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Candy Carter, brother Jay, sister Rachael, and many aunts, uncles,cousins and friends. Thunder loved music, loved to play his guitar, ride his bike and he loved animals. He made us all laugh with his offbeat sense of humor. He will be greatly missed.
There will be a memorial celebration in honor of Thunders life at the Carter family home on Sunday May 1st at 1pm.
