Philip Ramirez was born and raised in Watsonville, California. Parents were Alfonso and Adrienne Ramirez. He moved to Portland, Oregon in 1985. He is survived by his loving mother, Adrienne Ramirez, whom he adored. He is also survived by his sister, JoAnn Guzman, twin brother, Gilbert Ramirez and brother, Edward Ramirez. He is survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Alonso Cecil Ramirez. Philip had many friends and relatives in Portland, Oregon.
He had a loving heart for everyone. Our son and brother rest in peace. We love and remember you.
