Obituary of Rose Nass

Rose Schulz was born February 13, 1937 in New England, ND to Joseph Schulz and Anna (Kubischa) Schulz (the youngest of 15 children). She graduated from St Mary's High School in New England, ND on May 25th, 1955. She married Dale Nass on June 16th, 1955 by the Justice of the Peace. Her first child Kelley Nass was born in North Dakota before she moved to Tigard, Oregon in 1956. After moving to Tigard, Rose had 4 more children: Kraig, Krystal (Krysti), Kari and Kert Nass. Rose lived in Tigard the rest of remaining days.

Rose's first and foremost job was always being a wonderful Mother and Wife. Rose also had a job when she was first married for a couple of years at Nelley's were she met her closest friends, Charlotte and Kenny Forbes.

Rose was a member of St Paul Lutheran Church in Sherwood, Oregon. She was also a long time Axillary Member of the Tigard American Legion Post 158 were she volunteered many hours of service.

Rose is survived by her children, Kelley Nass, Kraig Nass (Lynn), Krystal (Krysti) Jackson, Kari Nass and Kert Nass (Rachel); Grandchildren Bobbie Schrag (Tim), Katie Nass, Jackie Burshtynsky (Mark), Sheena Leslie (Chase), Justin Nass (Lesley), Trisha Jones (Adam), Kelsey Jackson, Nicole Jackson Garcia (Miguel) and Quentin Nass; Great Grandchildren: Aiyana, Aiden, Jacalob, Adele, Hunter, Kaden, Jordan and Adalina. She is also survived by her remaining brother Pete Schulz and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Rose will be buried on January 14th at 2:00 in the afternoon with Dale Nass at: Willamette National Cemetery 11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd Portland, OR 97086. A celebration of life will be held January 16th at 3:00 in the afternoon at: Tigard American Legion Post 158 8635 SW Scoffins Street, Tigard, OR 97223.
