Obituary of Darrell Thomas Larson

Darrell passed away on December 13, due to complications of Parkinson.  He was born in Portland, OR at the Good Samaritan Hospital; Wilcox Memorial.  His parents were Thomas and Nancy Alyce Larson.  Darrell graduated from Roosevelt High School, in Portland, OR.   He spent 6 yrs. in the Air National Guard of and The Reserve of The United States Air Force.  He lived in Portland most of his life with the last 2 years at the Kerryville Residential Care Facility.  He worked at various jobs before being employed by Time Oil for 20 years.  He was then on disability.  Darrell was a member of Western Oregon War Gamers for over 35 years and served as treasurer most of those years.  He is survived by his sisters Arlene Navarro and Joyce Cramer, by numerous nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Nancy Alyce Larson and a cousin Martin Hansen.  There will be no service.  In lieu of flowers you can make a donation in his name to www.michaeljfox.org/Donation (which researches to end Parkinson) or to any charity of your choice
