Kimberly L. Williams
December 11, 1970-August 22, 2021
Kimberly Lynn Williams, 50, passed away on August 22, 2021.
She was born on December 11, 1970, in Bossier City, Louisiana. Over her life, Kim made her life between the East and West Coasts. Growing up in Massachusetts and Oregon, she attended local schools, graduating from Aloha High School where she lettered in softball, water polo and orchestra.
In her early 20s she moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where she lived and fell in love with The Boston Red Sox. In 1994 she moved back to the Portland Metro area, to be closer to family.
Kim’s life joy was her son Levi. She loved to watch him play baseball, snowboarding and skateboarding. Spending time with him and his friends was what she enjoyed most.
As a young child Kim was adventurous. Always getting into mischief, and never taking the straight path to get to where she was going. This nature continued throughout her life, and along Kim’s journey, she touched many people’s lives with her generosity and kindness.
Kimberly enjoyed her career within the construction industry covering HVAC service manager, project engineer manager and onsite construction manager for several firms.
Kimberly is survived by her son, Levi Forslund; mother, Patricia Fischer; stepfather, David; sister, Tammy; bother-in-law, Scott Kneefel; uncle, Jim Roberts; aunt, Janice; great aunt, Fae Wells; niece and nephews, Mykala, Kyle and Sam. She was preceded in death by her partner, Michael Blackmon; and her father, Thomas Williams.
