Obituary of Pamela R Deveny
Pamela R. Deveny (Finney) passed away May 12, 2021 after a brief illness. Pamela was born in the Midwest and migrated to Oregon with her family in the early 60’s. She graduated from Rex Putnam High School in Milwaukie, Oregon. She was married twice and had 3 children before marrying Darwin Deveny. Pamela worked as a hostess and caterer in the hospitality field for many years. Pam and her husband Darwin did a lot of traveling, especially cruises. Pam’s favorite destinations were Mexico and especially Hawaii, to visit her brother and sister-in-law. In 2016, Darwin preceded her in death. She is survived by her 3 children, 3 step-children, 6 grandchildren, her parents, a sister and brother, sister-in-law, aunt and several cousins. A private family service and interment will be held at Willamette National Cemetery where she will join her husband Darwin. Comments, memories, etc. are welcomed by the family.
